After a major storm about 3 years ago, I decided to purchase a compact tractor to help with cleanups and some other projects. I visited this dealership and made my purchase there. A few days ago I was having difficulty with the seat and at wits end. Hmmm....call the dealership? No they'll just (fill in the blanks). Well I did call and am so glad I did. Problem resolved. I was also able to ask a few other questions which were also answered to my satisfaction. Looking back just a few days ago, I enjoyed my problem being solved so quickly and painlessly that I thought at the very least give these guys a good review. The review is also for people like me (You know who you are). For the record the following day I carefully dug out the bottom 1 foot of a wooden fence post. Made my project perfect. Jeff is the one who made this possible, but I realize his other team members at the shop are part of this also and the John Deere Company. This is truly service after the sale. I have been to many parts stores before and the employees act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. Yesterday 2/24/21 I needed a tube and tire for my John Deere dump cart. I found Josh Vice to be very helpful in searching every possible way to solve my problem. He was very personable and friendly. Can’t say enough about Josh. He is definitely a credit to the Odessa store of Everglades Equipment Group. Thank you Josh.

I searched three counties for lawn mower tires. Thanks to the Everglades Store in Largo they pointed me to the Odessa store. The Odessa store has friendly and informative staff who even went the extra mile by sending pictures of the tires before I drove a hour to purchase them. Thanks to Josh in the service department for mounting the tires and going the extra mile.
