This new region has a diverse product offering: large AG products, Scraper tractors and Pans, Light Industrial, TURF products and will have the modern facility to repair these products. The Site/Sales Manager is responsible for managing the entire location and departments, maximizing the customer experience, growing profitable sales, attracting, and retaining outstanding employees and helping everyone around them be the best they can be. You do NOT have to be a Site Manager already, but if you are that is great. We are looking for someone who is sales driven, customer focused, organized, great at quoting and selling equipment, able to manage a diverse staff, good with financials and understanding processes. Manager is responsible for daily operations of assigned store. Responsible for all employees and equipment at assigned store. Responsibilities will include and are not limited to: management of store, equipment, sales growth, appearance of location, maintenance of yard, appropriate attire for staff, opening, and closing of store. Main focus is to increase revenue dollars in sales of small equipment to all types of companies that use that type equipment including property maintenance companies, commercial landscape companies, contractors, etc... Must be able to deal with and handle customer complaints. Participate in the development of sales goals and targets. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to deliver a superior customer experience.
