Sales Administrator

Provide administrative duties for dealership location and sales department. Works closely with store manager on day-to-day operations.

• Receive visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership
• Assist in maintaining customer accounts on a daily and monthly basis
• Review purchase orders ensuring information is accurate and submits supporting paperwork to the Accounting Department
• Distribute mail and maintain dealership files
• Assist in drafting and types standard letters and memoranda as requested and prepare documents for distribution
• Provide administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments as required
• Prepare all invoices, rental contracts, rental credits, purchase orders, etc
• Coordinate location’s events
• Perform all other related administrative functions as needed and directed by site manager

• Solid clerical expertise
• General accounting knowledge
• Strong people and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Load applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel
• High School degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
