The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our landscape supply operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and suppliers.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our landscape supply division, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products and services to our clients.
Manage inventory levels, including procurement, storage, and organization of landscape supplies, such as mulch, rocks, and sod.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure that client needs are met, and projects are executed successfully.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure profitability and growth.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of landscape supply staff, providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Check inventory daily to see what needs to be completed, put away, brought to the front, etc
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Communicates accurate pickup/delivery dates and details with internal and external employees
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local transport and vehicle regulations, reporting and
permitting processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, including OSHA and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape supply management, landscaping, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of landscape materials, horticulture, and industry trends in Southern and Central Florida.

Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
