Performs a full range of administrative support duties for the Administration Team. Directs phone calls received at the location to the appropriate personnel. Answers the door and greets visitors. Scans documents for the department.
Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealerships.
Reconciles invoices and statements
Orders office supplies and other supplies for the building maintenance needs
Stock up the supplies
Check external and internal mailbox and distributes mail
Maintains dealership files by scanning the documents
Set up conference rooms for meetings and/or special events
Run misc. errands for Corp. Meetings/John Deere meeting and luncheons
Performs other accounting related duties to support the department as needed.
