Key Updates to the Loaner Program
JDLink Technology for Real-Time Monitoring
All loaner mowers will now come equipped with JDLink technology, allowing for real-time tracking of status and location. This advanced technology helps us deliver more efficient service and ensures we can quickly address any issues.
Brand-New Loaner Equipment
We’re upgrading our loaner fleet to include brand-new commercial mowers. This change ensures that you’ll have access to top-tier machinery while your own equipment is being serviced.
Customer Responsibility for Loaner Equipment
We kindly ask you to treat loaner equipment with the same care as your own. Customers are responsible for any damages, neglect, or theft while using the loaner. Should damage occur, repair costs will apply.
New Loaner Equipment Return Policy
To maintain fleet availability, loaners must be returned within 24 business hours of repair completion. A $100 per day rental fee will apply for delays.
Streamlined Check-Out Process
We’ve simplified the check-out process for clarity and convenience:
- A documented walk-around video will be completed for every loaner.
- You’ll receive a confirmation detailing responsibility for the equipment.
- Our goal is to ensure transparency and smooth transitions.
