Youtube Channel Manager

Everglades is looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic YouTube Channel Manager to join our Marketing Department. The YouTube Channel Manager will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and growing our YouTube channel. Your primary objective will be to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and conversion on the platform. This role will also involve identifying potential personalities within our company for on-camera roles and ensuring our channel content aligns with our brand voice and overall company goals. We seek a team member who has a keen eye for trends, storytelling, and understands the value of data-driven decisions.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube strategy aimed at growing our channel's viewership and subscriber base.
• Identify content opportunities, including, but not limited to, topics, themes, and personalities within our company, which align with our brand and engage our target audience.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content that tells compelling stories, educates our audience, and promotes our products and services.
• Manage the complete video production process, including pre-production planning, on-site direction, and post-production editing.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and videos to inform future strategy.
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to ensure our YouTube strategy aligns with and supports overall marketing and business objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of YouTube's best practices and trends, applying this understanding to the strategy and execution of our channel.
• Respond to comments, questions, and engagement on our YouTube channel, fostering a positive community and adding value to the audience’s experience.

• Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc).
• Excellent knowledge of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, and related analytics.
• Strong understanding of content creation, video production, and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in on-camera direction and video production.
